Ingredients:  Whole Eggs, Modified Cornstarch, Salt, Citric Acid, Xantham Gum.

Allergens:  Eggs

One pouch contains about 22 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

One bucket contains 6 pouches (about 132 servings)

Fully cooked scrambled eggs.  This is very different from egg powder or egg crystals.  These are fully cooked scrambled eggs and only need to be hydrated with warm water.  Add your favorite toppings and you have yourself an egg scramble breakfast in no time at all.  

Directions: Add 1/2 cup dry Freeze Dried Scrambled Eggs to 1/4 cup warm water. Let sit 3-5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

Oxygen Absorber Packet: An oxygen absorber packet is added to each pouch to keep food fresh and is not edible. DISCARD immediately after opening.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature or below without freezing). Once opened, freeze dried foods absorb moisture from the air and will soften in texture. Freeze dried foods can last up to a year after opening depending on the humidity in your area.

Reseal immediately after opening for best results.
