Freeze Dried Cauliflower is just simply spectacular!  Cauliflower is an understated powerhouse of nutrition and often underused. The color makes it easy to disguise without giving up the tremendous nutritional value.  Think, cauliflower breadsticks, cauliflower rice, cauliflower mashed potatoes, cauliflower pizza crust. Or puree' it and use it as a creamer without the additional fat and calories of traditional cream.  It's an amazing addition to your food storage.

 

Directions: Cover with warm water and let soak 5-10 minutes. Drain well. Soak longer if using cold water.

Add Freeze Dried Cauliflower to soups, casseroles, stir fry, salads, and sides. Try combining it with other veggies for a medley that pops with both color and nutrition.

Oxygen Absorber Packet: An oxygen absorber packet is added to each pouch to keep food fresh and is not edible. DISCARD immediately after opening.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature or below without freezing). Once opened, freeze dried foods absorb moisture from the air and will soften in texture. Freeze dried foods can last up to a year after opening depending on the humidity in your area.

Reseal immediately after opening for best results.
