Freeze Dried Pineapple is just simply spectacular! It is freeze dried from fresh pineapple (not canned) and retains that fresh pineapple flavor. Truly amazing!
Although it is absolutely delightful to eat as a snack, you can use in recipes as you would any fresh or canned pineapple. Or use it as a topper on your yogurt or oatmeal, or add it to your favorite granola or trail mix. It will hardly feel like an emergency when we use these foods, but so delicious, seriously, you won't want to wait for an emergency. :)
