1 pouch Instant Nonfat Milk
1 pouch Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices
1 pouch Freeze Dried Banana Slices
1/2 pouch Freeze Dried Blueberries
1/2 pouch Honey Powder
Makes 40 Bowls
Breakfast Oat Bowls in a snap! These can be eaten either hot or cold. Oats are staple. They are filling and nutritious and topped with strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, it rounds out a hearty meal. Everything is included (except water) to make these Oat Bowls and one pail will make 40 Bowls. If you have to leave your home quickly, they are a fantastic grab and go item but they are also a staple to have in any home for any emergency or disaster.
To make one oat bowl, combine 1/2 cup Quick Oats, 1 cup water, 2 Tbsp. Instant Nonfat Milk, and 2 teaspoons (or to taste) Honey Powder. Cook for a hot oat bowl or let sit for a cold oat bowl (think overnight oats) then top with 1/2 cup of FD Strawberries, Bananas and/or Blueberries. It will not disappoint and will hit the spot when needed.
Bonus! There is enough milk to have an 8 oz glass with every bowl (in addition to the milk used to make the oat bowl).
To make 40 Breakfast Oat Bowls and 40 glasses of milk you will need approximately 5 gallons of water.
