Ingredients: Creamer (sunflower oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, mono and triglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, algin), Corn Starch, Wheat Flour, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Chicken Fat, Salt, Nonfat Dried Milk, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Silicon Dioxide, Sugar, Onion, Disodium Insonate and Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extracts, Course Ground Black Pepper.

One pouch contains 10.5 cups
Makes about 40 cups of prepared Country Gravy.
One serving is about 7/8 cup prepared (1/4 cup dry) Country Gravy.
THIS PRODUCT IS GLUTEN FREE.
Directions: Combine 1 cup Instant Country Gravy and 3-3/4 cups water. Whisk together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes about 3-3/4 cups gravy.
Oxygen Absorber Packet: An oxygen absorber packet is added to each pouch to keep food fresh and is not edible. DISCARD immediately after opening.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature or below without freezing). Once opened, freeze dried foods absorb moisture from the air and will soften in texture. Freeze dried foods can last up to a year after opening depending on the humidity in your area.
Reseal immediately after opening for best results.
