Directions: To rehydrate, cover with water and let soak 5-10 minutes. Drain well.

The easiest way to use FD Spinach is in a smoothie.  You can add it to almost any smoothie without altering the flavor yet adding much needed nutrition of leafy greens.  Certainly feel free to re-hydrate it and use it like you would frozen spinach that has been thawed.  Think spinach lasagna roll ups or quiche or tossed in your favorite hot pasta dish.

Freeze Dried Spinach is a powerhouse of nutrition and a wonderful addition to our diets, especially in an emergency.  It has much needed dietary fiber, folate, iron, Vitamin K, and magnesium. 

Oxygen Absorber Packet: An oxygen absorber packet is added to each pouch to keep food fresh and is not edible. DISCARD immediately after opening.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature or below without freezing). Once opened, freeze dried foods absorb moisture from the air and will soften in texture. Freeze dried foods can last up to a year after opening depending on the humidity in your area.

Reseal immediately after opening for best results.
